These SMS Terms of Service govern your receipt of text message communications from BuyerFirst Real Estate, operated by UDW Holdings INC ("BuyerFirst," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting your mobile phone number through our intake form at rebrokerondemand.com/conversion, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS Program Description

BuyerFirst Real Estate operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with licensed real estate agents who have requested information about our agent development and recruiting program. Messages may include:
Follow-up communications regarding your inquiry and application
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
Agent opportunity updates and program announcements
Strategy call preparation and post-call follow-up
Recruiting outreach and agent development information

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and stage in our process. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.

2. How to Opt Out — Text STOP

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from BuyerFirst Real Estate at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, text START to the same number or contact us directly.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not charged by BuyerFirst Real Estate. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging plan and applicable rates.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. BuyerFirst Real Estate is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or factors outside our control. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

6. Age Restriction

Our SMS program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS communications from BuyerFirst Real Estate, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at rebrokerondemand.com/privacy-policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information including your mobile phone number.

8. Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of any purchase, service, or participation in any program offered by BuyerFirst Real Estate.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Continued receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or email.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
